Double Room Available CB4 Creative House Share

We’re two people looking for a 3rd person to share our well located Victorian terraced house, close to the river.

We’re friendly and sociable but enjoy our own space at times, and respect other people’s space. There’s a garden, piano, and a lovely kitchen. We’d love to share the house with someone looking to live in a professional household that’s welcoming and creative.

You’d be sharing with James (Orchestral Producer) and Ruth (Music Therapist). We like a range of things, but both enjoy cooking, music, and sharing the odd glass of wine.

The room is a well-proportioned double room (3m x 3.5m – 10’ x 12’),with space for a desk for home working and a lovely view out to the garden. The garden is well established, with plenty of room for sitting outside on warm evenings. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other.
There’s a good WiFi connection. At the moment we both do a mix of home working and going out for work. When home we mostly work from our rooms and we try to keep the communal space free for relaxing as much as possible, but there’s some room for flexibility on this on the odd occasion.

Part-furnished (wardrobe and possibly double bed-frame if desired (6-month-old mattress also available),
Free on street parking in the surrounding streets.

Ideally we’d like to meet another like-minded person who wants to be part of a relaxed, yet clean and tidy house-share.
