Available for a friendly, tidy and respectful person. The studio apartment is private, quiet, light and airy, with a comfortable bed and with French windows that can be opened to allow in fresh air.
The side entrance patio, with plants, a table and chairs, can be used as an outdoor seating area. This seating area is covered with a 3x3m roof, so a summer rain is not a problem when wanting to sit outside.
Available for 7 nights per week, 795 pounds per calendar month.
Deposit 200 pounds, refundable if all items are non-damaged.
I expect you to leave the place clean and tidy.
A non-refundable cleaning fee of 80 pounds. I expect you to leave the apartment clean and tidy, however, I will want to give it a second clean on you leaving. Thank you.
Ideal for longer stay. Previous lodgers stayed for 2 years+, and appreciated the area. Reviews in our guestbook are excellent.

The fully furnished modern studio apartment, with separate own front door, lies in a conservation area with mature trees and is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, conveniently located close to local amenities, such as the local COOP.
Parking space is available on the premises in front of your space.
Access into the studio is through the gate and through the yellow side door.
Please do not hesitate to ring the doorbell should you need any help or information once you have moved in.

Nearby (2 minutes walk) are the COOP supermarket with daily fresh bread.; Fish and Chips; Village Green; pub with Chinese and Italian restaurant and take-away (4 minutes walk); Sports Pavilion with pool table and Sky Sports TV; Tennis Courts (6 minutes walk); Village Shop and Post-office (10 minutes walk). Tesco Super store and Farm Shop (5 minutes drive); All Saints Church; Surgery; Dental Practice, Hair Dresser, Beautician. Nature Reserve Fen Drayton Lakes within easy reach.
Fitness in the local primary school and more nearby.

Work access:
The Guided Bus Stop is nearby (parking free of charge) with easy access into Science Park; Cambridge North Train station; Cambridge City Centre; Addenbrooke's. The Lea Hospital in Impington and the market town of St. Ives are within easy reach.
The number 5 bus (bus stop is just a 2 minutes walk away) gives easy access into the surrounding villages, such as Bar Hill (Tesco Superstore) and into Cambridge.
Designated cycle paths along the Guided Bus way into St. Ives or Cambridge.

Strictly no open fire, such as candles allowed.

The heating element, is a powerful free standing oil radiator (John Lewis). It is intended for use when the main central heating is not switched on and intended for normal use after work and during weekends and for normal temperature settings. Should you wish to run it day and night, there will be an extra charge. Normal use is included. I will not check; I will trust you to switch the heater off when you leave the property.

To secure the property, please to pay the rent due for the remainder of the month of July or for August in addition to the deposit and cleaning fee at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
