The room is highly specified with a floor-to-ceiling double-glazed aluminium window looking out onto a beautiful green. The double bed comes with a luxury mattress. The shower room features a high pressure shower and a large towel radiator.

There is a work desk and office chair, a large wardrobe and a hanging rail. The dual-band WiFi is fast and reliable. All bills included. No agency fees. There is free local parking, and a secure garage where you can park your bicycle.

One of us gets migraines and is sensitive to fragrances. For this reason we ask that housemates don't use spray deodorants, perfumed sticks, scented candles, incense and air fresheners. We also use eco-friendly cleaning products.
