The house is close to Sainsburys on Brooks Road, about 20 minutes walk from the railway station and 25 minutes’ walk from the bus station, and City Centre. The house has communal kitchen with gas hob and 2 electric ovens, microwave, 2 fridges, washing machine, dryer and kitchen cabinets. There is a large sitting room with dining table, armchair and TV. Communal bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. The communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by a cleaner. When fully occupied the house has six tenants --- all tenants have ensuite rooms. Current tenants include female research assistant, male digital solutions architect, male nurse, female sales account manager .

The rooms will be suitable for quiet, non-smoking, clean, tidy singles --- professionals, post-docs, researchers and similar. No pets, couples or children. The rent is £760 per month and is inclusive of Council Tax, electricity, gas, central heating, water rate, broadband and fortnightly cleaning of communal areas. References will be required from anyone taking the room and right to rent checks will be carried out as required by current legislation.
