The house has been completely redone a few years ago and we have entirely re-decorated it over this winter, so it's all shiny now. It is a highly eco-friendly property as it runs on electricity only and it has solar panels too.

On the ground floor:
- living room with a working (very warm) log burning stove;
- dining area with table and 4 chairs
- storage room
- kitchen
- garden with outdoors table and chairs and a shed

On the first floor:
- front double bedroom with bed, shelves and a massive wardrobe;
- back double bedroom complete with bed, wardrobe and desk;
- 3rd room currently used as a study but it can also fit a small bed
- bathroom complete with sink, toilet, shower and bath tub.

We are happy to rent the whole house to a single person, to a couple, or two single people.

The location is ideal, 100 meters from all shops that you can think of (including the best cocktail bar), and only 5 minutes walking from the train station.

Priced low as one of us will need to use the second room 3-4 days a month, so please message only if this is an ok arrangement for you. Thanks!
