Sunny, cheap, double room off Mill Road: Wonderfully bright and sunny double room in lovely house on quiet street off of Mill Road.

Rent is very cheap for Cambridge- at £320 pcm.
Bills come to roughly around £120 pcm (this is all bills, including good broadband).

The room is south-facing, overlooking the garden, so you get the sun in your room all day :)

The room is furnished with a huge double bed.

The house includes an open-plan living and dining area, shared kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath.

Current housemates (who you would be living with) are 2 females; both enjoy hanging out, watching films and drinking wine together. Coco the kitten also lives here (she is amazing), and 2 guinea pigs called James and Axel.

The contract for the house is being renewed in mid-April, to begin in May. Whilst the contract is for a year, you don't have to stay this long and would just find someone to replace your space should you want to move out.

The house is rented from an agency, who will do a credit check (they charge £50 for this) and they will also ask for references.
