Cosy Single Bedroom right next to Grafton

Housemate wanted for single room in spacious, very central shared house (located between Parker's Piece and Grafton). Rent is £575 pcm (plus bills, about 50£ extra per month not including council tax); move-in date would be ideally April 1st (although there is some flexibility starting the 12th of march).

We are two friends (an Irish girl and Italian guy, both 28 years old) looking for a professional person (of any gender) to take over the room of a third friend who is moving out in a month’s time.

We are easy-going, tidy, nice and normal people. We all respect each other's space, and while we each like doing our own thing we also cultivate a sociable vibe in the house, and are seeking a housemate who enjoys same. We like cooking delicious communal means, having movie nights, and playing boardgames together.
