Very cheap double room in a house-shared close

A double room with single bed is available soon. You will be sharing with 3 other students. We are friendly with respect to everyone's privacy, would be suitable for postgrad or those who are independent. This room is very affordable with window facing to the south west making it very bright in the afternoon. We have a big garden as well. Ideally, the room will be suitable for student.
