Lovely Double Room available in 3 Bedroom House.

(Only Room 1 available at the moment. You will be sharing the house with two housemates).

Quick info:
- I am not the owner just one of the housemates and the rooms are rented with separate contracts
- Bills: £80 per month for each housemate (prices are changing and we have to adjust accordingly sometimes. We have a thermostat which helps with the gas bill 🙂).
- 5 minutes walk to the Ditton Meadows and the river! You can walk/cycle/skate along side it all the way to Midsummer Common and the city centre!

Two rooms available: a spacious, furnished, double room (Room 1 in the photos) and a smaller double (Room 2). The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with the Bus stop (Citi 3) really close and just 10-15 minutes cycle to the city centre.

A bit about me:

I am Greek and have been living in the UK for 19 years. I originally came to the UK to study and finished an undergraduate degree at Anglia Ruskin and a PhD at Queens University Belfast. My area is music technology. I am currently working as a technician for Apple and also run a company with audio related projects. I am interested in many things: software development, science, philosophy, psychology, music and art in general. I enjoy long discussions with friends, board games and nature.
