Looking for a new housemate for a short-term stay (1-3 months) in a comfortable and homely 2-bedroom top-floor apartment between Hills Road and Cherry Hinton Road. The furnished room is a spacious double with a large built-in wardrobe. There are pitched ceilings throughout the apartment which give an extra sense of space and light. The shared areas include a good-sized living room, bathroom with combined shower/bathtub and kitchen with a gas stove, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle.

The building is 5 minutes' walk to the Cambridge Leisure Park (with Sainsburys, Tesco and Co-op supermarkets, as well as Pure Gym, the Junction Venue, Light cinema and bowling), and less than 10 minutes' walk to the railway station. The town centre, Addenbrookes and Mill Road are all a short bike ride away. The block benefits from a locked indoor cycle store and friendly neighbours.

Sharing with a sociable professional British male. Looking for someone quiet, friendly and tidy, who would look after the flat as if it was their own. Would suit a young professional, mature student, postdoc, researcher or someone working at Addenbrookes. Sorry, no pets, couples, children or smoking inside.
