The loft is on the top floor (second floor) of a quiet shared house let to other 5 young professionals/mature students who live downstairs and share a separate kitchen, living room and bathrooms.

The house has front and back gardens. There is off-road car parking space available at the front of the house. The rear garden is gated and has a set of very secure racks for bike parking.

The loft has a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower, dining/lounge area with sofa and TV, a separate bedroom and a separate work/study room.

The kitchen has 4 Bosh induction hobs, a double oven and an aluminium extractor hood. There is an integrated Fridge/Freezer and plenty of storage cabinets available.

The lounge area is fully furnished with a sofa, coffee table, a flat LED TV, etc...

The bedroom has glossy designer furniture including a double bed, a large tall wardrobe with sliding doors, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a bedding cabinet.

The price is £1065 per calendar month for single use (£1145 couples) and includes all bills and expenses, council tax, water, gas, electricity, TV license and internet. A weekly cleaner can be arranged for an extra £30 per month.
