We have a very 'happy' house - all housemates are vetted by us and selected with current tenants in mind - we want everyone to get along and be comfortable in what will be their 'home'.

To be clear, this house has four letting rooms one of which has its own bathroom. So you would only share bathroom facilities with at most 2 other people when the house is fully occupied.

There is an annexe to this house which has two further letting rooms but it is completely self-contained.

Rent £720 for one person - most bills included (excluding tumble dryer). There is a small monthly contribution to electricity - currently £0. This will change according to any future increases in the price of electricity.
