We have a very 'happy' house - all housemates are vetted by us and selected with current tenants in mind - we want everyone to get along and be comfortable in what will be their 'home'.

To be clear, this house has four letting rooms one of which has its own bathroom. So you would only share bathroom facilities with at most 2 other people when the house is fully occupied.

There is an annexe to this house which has two further letting rooms but it is completely self-contained.

Great location in a quiet residential area close to the river and Newmarket Road, which is at the top of the street offering a regular bus service in to the town centre. The new Chisolm cycle way bridge over the River Cam means that Cambridge North railway station is easily reachable by foot or cycle as too Cambridge Science Park. Alternatively, within 10 mins by bike you can be in town either over Stourbridge Common along the river or by main road.

Marshalls Aerospace is a 10 minute walk and the A14 is also within quick and easy reach. So our house is perfectly placed for the Science Park and beyond.

Sainsbury's, Tesco, Lidl and Aldi are all close by.

Gyms and a swimming pool are 5 mins away.

Rent £740 for one person - most bills included (excluding tumble dryer). There is a small monthly contribution to electricity - currently £0. This will change according to any significant future increases in the price of electricity.
