The room overlooks gardens. There is space to park a car off road and a bike shed.

This is a quiet residential area next to Wolfson College, near to all the colleges on the west side of Cambridge. (Newnham, Selwyn, Clare Hall etc) It is easy cycling distance to the city centre (about 7 minutes).
The landlady is often away so a quiet, responsible person is essential.
