Big bedroom in Townhouse by river

I have one room to rent in my spacious, airy and light home. The room has a double bed, wardrobe etc but I can accommodate other arrangements if you prefer.

The house features all the comforts you would expect from modern living, making it ideal for both leisure and business.

There is a large open-plan living/dining area downstairs with a big TV. The kitchen is really BIG and modern including a big fridge/freezer and masses of storage in the kitchen so everyone has their own space if they want it. Bathroom is ultra-modern with heated floors ;-) and the shower really blasts it out! Outside there is a 4x4m garden which is mainly decking, flowers and grape vine!

All bills are included.

Location-wise, my house is convenient for the city centre (15 min walk right along the river) many Cambridge University facilities, Addenbrookes Hospital (20 min cycle) and the main railway station (1.8 miles) and about the same distance to the north Cam station. London is easy to reach with typical travel times of 0h55m to King's Cross, and 1h05m to Liverpool Street from Cambridge railway station.

Nearby you have the main Tesco, Beehive, Grafton and Central shopping areas. Being Cambridge, there is a Pub on every corner but the best ones near me are all along the river!

I am a CEO of a startup and spend 120% of my time working and travelling. I also work with the University of Cambridge and I travel quite a lot for work.

Phd/Masters students welcome but sorry no undergrads. No deposit required. Prefer moving in dates: 01st March 2023 but can be flexible.
