The room is in a modern 3 bedroom townhouse which is located in the heart of CB1 in Cambridge - close to Mill Road, the railway station, local shops and gyms. 10 - 15 minutes walk to the City Centre.

A small kitchen is shared with the landlady, her teen son and a cat. The room would suit a professional who appreciates a quiet environment and is out at work during the day (the room is not suitable for home working) and whose main residence is elsewhere.
