There's a secure yard for bikes, accessible from a side gate and from the back door of the house. Central heating is by gas, with a new efficient boiler, and fibre broadband is connected with a wireless router. The room available, at £450 pcm plus bills, is a compact bedroom on the first floor. It has a 90cm bed, a large bookshelf, a smaller bookshelf, a desk, a chair and a long mirror. It also has a large wardrobe with 5 shelves and quite a lot of storage space.
The room is available from 1 March for a minimum of 6 months.
Your share of bills (including Council Tax, which is Band D) is likely to be £100/140 pcm summer/winter - but this is an estimate at the moment.
