Max 3 months-single room near train station

A TEMPORARY room in a friendly shared house is coming available from 15th Sept to max 14th December 2025, as the house is being SOLD..!
You'd be sharing the house with five other housemates (2f and 3m) and these guys have a big say in the decision as to who moves in with them. They're a sociable and responsible group, and should be fun to live with!
Note: A FEMALE is really preferred in oder to balance the mix in the house :)

Aiming to organise physical viewings asap for anyone interested in the room. Other viewings can be arranged online via whatsapp etc in case you can't visit in person.

The room itself has a single divan bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and a hanging rail. There are timber floors throughout the house (though the stairs and landings are carpeted). There is no shared living room, but there's a bit of social space in the kitchen which has a tv, small sofa and dining table (plus a large fridge, gas oven & hob and washing machine etc).
The other communal facilities include two bathrooms (between 5 housemates, plus an additional w/c on the ground floor.
Outside, there's an enclosed patio garden to the rear. You can bring bikes in via a right-of-way from the street and store them under a large lean-to shelter.
All bills are included in the rent....and yes, the all-important Internet access is super-fast so no worries if you have to work from home like some of the housemates tend to do at the moment.
