It’s particularly well suited to people relocating to Cambridge, visiting academics, professionals attending short courses, and contractors working in the area for a fixed period.

THE HOUSE

The house has three double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds. The third, smaller double bedroom is flexible and can be configured with a desk, bunk beds or even a cot, depending on guest requirements. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished and ready to move into.

There is generous living space throughout, including:

- A large, bright and airy open-plan living and dining area
- A well-equipped kitchen with modern, everyday amenities
- A tidy bathroom with an excellent shower over the bath
- A private garden that is easy to maintain and ideal for downtime, children or pets

Storage is plentiful, both within the house and via the rear garage. There is off-street parking for one small car at the rear. At the front of the house there is parking for either two small cars or one medium to large car.

This is a practical, welcoming and cosy home designed for everyday living, not a holiday crash pad.

We don’t live in Cambridge, however the house is professionally managed and we work closely with a a brilliant, experienced local co-host based in Cambridge, ensuring guests are well supported throughout their stay.
