Three rooms available in a refurbished, friendly, clean, well-kept Victorian house in Newnham, to make you feel at home in a safe and quiet location overlooking the meadows, close to the river and Cambridge University. Either you know Newnham or not, you will love it.

The three rooms are for rent to graduate students, postdocs, visiting scholars from September 2024 to July 2025: a sunny single room facing south gardens and a lovely double room on the opposite side on the first floor; a big attic room at the top with king bed, storage and south facing studio with an amazing view.

All rooms are furnished, for single occupancy only, and share fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The rent includes all bills, city council taxes, high speed Wi-Fi internet, house maintenance and cleaning; references are required.

Our house complys with all required standard regulations. It has central heating, double glazing, washer/dryer, a new bathroom and new boiler. Great neighbourhood and shops, bus stops on Barton Rd and Grange Rd, street parking, nearby Colleges and Departments, and at walking distance to city centre, railway station and the river Cam.
