Hi ! We're looking for a friendly, sociable housemate for a bright and sunny double room in a shared house just off Mill Road, very close to the train station and City Center. The room is available now, long-term tenants preferred.

You will be joining a group of girls and guys in their twenties and thirties, to replace someone who is leaving. The room is a large double with in room washing facilities, located on the ground floor. It comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, a large mirrored wardrobe, a desk and chair and mirror above the sink. Please note that there is no WC in room. The property has two communal WC which you will have access to.

The house is a clean and tidy house where people are respectful. The shared kitchen has plenty of storage units, gas hob, spacious worktop area, a large refrigerator /freezer as well as clothes washing/drying facilities.

The location is very central, just off Mill Road, with many shops, bars and restaurants just down the road. If you commute, it’s only a 7 minute walk to the train station. Parker’s Piece, Kelsey Kerridge, ARU, City Center and Cambridge University are also just around the corner, a 5 minute cycle/scooter ride away each.

There is a patio / small back garden, and plenty of bicycle storage available in the back, including in a secured shed and a washing line. There is also on-road parking available in front of the house via a resident parking scheme.

A fortnightly cleaning service takes care of the communal areas and fast broadband is included in the rent, as are all other utilities . (This includes electricity, council tax, water and gas.)

Professionals preferred, but we will consider mature/graduate students based on fit to the rest of the house. Sorry, we don't allow pets.
