We have a room available in our family home for a young female student or a professional female from 23rd of June till 28 july short let. It's a newly built rooms a cooked hot dinner (No pork or alcohol to be consumed in property) will be provided each evening. There are 2 rooms in the loft with a newly built shower/ toilet built to high standards. Only 1 room is available as advertised. Other room is occupied by another female. FEMALES preferred please as it's a house with 6 women living in it.
We will provide a hot meal in the evenings to the tenants.
