Small furnished room central Near Addenbrookes

The room is part of a family home, occupied by husband and wife couple.
We are practicing Muslims and would wish that no pork, or alcohol products is consumed in our home. Other than that we are open to interests from female members.
The house is a 10 minutes walk to Addenbrookes hospital, and 20-25 minutes walk to the centre of Cambridge. The area is well served for public transport.
All the usual facilities included, shared lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom that is mostly for use by the tenant. There is a decent outside garden too. If you drive, then there are street parking available, but no off road parking availability.
