We have a Single Room off Cherry Hinton in four bedroom house available from 24 of September

The room is fully furnished: a single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelves, chest of drawers.

The house is 15 min cycling to the city centre, 5 min to Addenbrookes hospital, LMB, ARM, 10 min to the train station or the Science Park. Close to the local convenience store.
The house has a good size kitchen with all appliances: 2 fridge/freezers, electric cooker, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier, microwave oven, good sized common lounge and dinning area. There are two bathrooms, both with toilet, one with bath/shower and bidet.
There is a large back garden and patio with secure covered storage space for bikes. There is plenty of space in the garden for planting veg/flowers, if you like it.

We are looking for a nice, social person (professional/postdoc/PhD). We like to share kitchen chats, have meals together, make BBQs. Great if you are into healthy lifestyle, running, yoga etc. You will be sharing it with 3 other nice professionals.

The price is 520£ including all bills (deposit 520£). We share the cleaning with a weekly rota.
