The house is a short walk to business & Science Pk, A14, Milton, King Hedges, Impington, Newmarket etc, buses to town every 10 minutes. Shops such as co-op, tesco, fish & chips, chemist, post office etc.

The house has a kitchen with plenty of storage, with washer/dryer fridge freezer TV and cooker etc, plenty of parking space on the road and off road. All you need is your bedding and food.
Back garden with BBQ and patio set to chill out with secure gates for bike storage etc.

The room has a bed, wardrobe, computer chair and table and cupboard and radiator.
