Studio, Collegiate Castle Street

I am currently living in Room 325, a studio in Collegiate Castle Street. The room is ensuite, has a double bed, has a kitchenette, and a TV. The accommodation also has its own gym, and lounge area with billiards, etc.

I am leaving this studio in December, and I am therefore looking for someone to take over my tenancy contract, which runs until October 2022. The replacing tenant therefore gets to stay in the Studio for a minimum of 11 months.

I have already paid the first installment of £4580 (which is 40% of sum). The replacing tenant therefore only needs to pay the remaining two installments: £4580 (40%) and £2519 (20%).

The studio is open to both students and professionals. Professionals have to additionally pay council tax and can choose to pay monthly instead of in two installments.
