Looking for a female young professional (preferred) to replace me in this lovely flatshare that I now need to leave for unexpected reasons. Tenancy needs to start in December for a minimum of 6 months.

The prospective tenant must provide full references and proof of income.

You would be sharing with a friendly (but very busy) 25years old female professional who also studies full-time.

COSTS
Approx. £550, but total costs (rent plus bills) to be confirmed with the landlord and remaining flatmate, as they're in charge.

The room could be available around the 15th December. Exact dates to be discussed and confirmed.
