There is a "satellite" kitchen and bathroom located in an annexe (about 30 paces from the flat) of which you would have sole use. NB the facilities are quite adequate but the building is basic. (This building also houses some items stored by the owner) which fact is reflected in the low rental.

The property would suit someone who would appreciate a high degree of quietness and privacy or someone struggling to find a place where a dog is allowed.
