My current housemate is moving to Oxford, so I'm looking for someone to take over his room.

The Room:
Spacious double with a built-in wardrobe.
The room will come furnished with a double bed (slightly different to the one in the picture) and a bookcase.

The Flat:
Living room: It has evolved into a living room/office/make-space/utility. You are free to use any of my tools!
Kitchen: Well stocked with everything you might need to cook and bake. We have 2 fridge freezers (so you have 1 to yourself!) and a washing machine which can also tumble dry.
Bathroom: Small and basic but functional and importantly I like to keep it clean.
Large communal garden: Shared with neighbours and regularly maintained by a gardener. There is also sheltered bike parking and some limited off-street car parking around the back.

About me:
I’m a Mechanical Engineer and have lived in Cambridge for about a decade. Easy‑going, clean and tidy. I enjoy cooking, baking, and trying to offset that by going to the gym. I also have a website (jafarradam .com) that I should probably update more often.

Looking for someone who’s clean and tidy, considerate and chill.
