Peaceful room by river

We are letting out a double room in our house for just 1-3 weeks. Available from 10th March 2023. The bedroom is furnished. Interested people (singles and couples both welcome) should ONLY apply if they are interested in renting the room for just 1, 2 or 3 weeks. The house will be unavailable from Sunday 2nd April as builders will start renovating the house.

The house is currently furnished (sofa in the lounge, dining table and chairs) and there is a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The house is located just a few minutes walk from Cambridge North train station, and beautiful walks along the river are nearby.

Bus routes and local shops are also very close.

The house is warm, clean, dry and exceptionally peaceful.

The house currently has two tenants in two rooms.

All bills included but please note that we do not have broadband.
