Peaceful room by river

We are letting out a single room in our house on a short-term basis (lets of 1-6 months considered) that is partly furnished with a single bed. Available from 25th May 2022.

The house is currently partly furnished, and there is a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, and dishwasher. Tenants are most welcome to bring their own furniture into the house.

The house is located just a few minutes walk from Cambridge North train station, and beautiful walks along the river are nearby.

Bus routes and local shops are also very close.

The house is warm, clean, dry and exceptionally peaceful.

The house currently has two tenants in two rooms.

All bills included but please note that we do not have broadband. Some furniture could be provided if required for a slightly increased rent.
