Double Room For Rent In Quiet Area

Hello guys, one of our flatmates is leaving us so we have this cosy room to spare. Room is on top floor with view in our garden (please excuse the mess, flatmate is in the middle of moving out) Unfortunately the bed is moving with a flatmate we can provide mattress for the time being. So room will have just a wardrobe and chest of drawers can be provided..
. We have also big living room and conservatory.
And decent garden which time to time needs doing (cutting grass).

We are 2 females and 1 male all professionals. no student sorry. We are quiet household mostly keeping to ourselves.
We are looking for someone responsible and tidy. This is not a party household. We don't mind occasional party but everything with due respect as we have neighbours.

The house is under agency so there will £50 fee for them (just one time) Then deposit is around £360 and rent £500 bills included.

We are interested in people who would like to stay for longer time as it gets very tiring to be looking or getting to know a new person.
