Housemate wanted/640+bills/2 bed terraced house

Hi,

I am looking for a housemate for a furnished double bedroom in a lovely 2 bedroom house with a garden.
My current housemate is moving to another city and so I am looking for someone else to move into her room.

The house:
-2 double bedrooms with bed and wardrobes and 1 bathroom
-Huge living room (with a piano in it !) and garden
-Kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave and gas oven.

Move in date is ideally on 9th Sep 2024 but I think the landlady might agree to being flexible on postponing it by some days but we would need to check that with her.

Bills per person per month (total for 2 in braces):
Internet: £ 31 (£ 62.01) Virgin Broadband
Heating+Water+Gas+Electricity: approximately £ 80-90 (£160-180)
Council tax: £ 83.5 (£ 167) Band C
Cleaner for all common areas (Living Room+Kitchen+Bathroom) : Once every 2-weeks : ~ £30-40 (£60-80)

Approximate total for bills (per person per month): £ 225-245 [side note: can be a bit more/less for the winter/summer months]

About me:
I work as an engineer at Amazon in station square. I love travelling and have lived before in France, Spain, Finland and Germany during my course of studies and work.
I am clean and organized. I love regular workouts, listening to and playing music (I play the Ukulele and now trying to learn to play the guitar), watching movies (specially old ones and independent movies), siting down with a cup of coffee in a comfy chair and reading.
