One desk , one chair that you can use for working

One beside table , bedding stuff can be provided upon requested or if you prefer to bring your own.

Share living room, kitchen and one bathroom and two toilets.

We are currently organising the living room, therefore photos of the living room might be wary to the photos posted here.

The rear garden is good for a cup of tea or BBQ during summer season and reading during the dry weather.

The double bedroom is available for rent , short term is also considered but rent might be higher. Suitable for a single female professional or female student.

You will be sharing the house with another couple. Both are professional.

What we are looking for is someone can maintain the house tidy and clean and can keep the condition as it is, and respect others, then you are welcome to contact.

Price £750 plus bills which total up app. £850-£880 pcm including bills depends on usage of energy.

There is underground parking at extra cost if you have a car.
