The house is in a quiet cul de sac location, off Cherry Hinton Road, close to Co-op supermarket and within walking distance of Addenbrookes hospital.
Downstairs offers a shared kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs has the shared bathroom with a large shower.
Parking is available on the driveway.

Current tenants:
There are currently three male tenants in the property, of mixed ages (2 x mid twenties, 1 x late forties). All have different interests and social interaction is very minimal.

The Room:
This is a single occupancy room on the first floor with a single bed and furniture, including a desk, chair and sofa.

The agreement:
£650 per calendar month includes all utility bills, council tax (Band D) and broadband access.
These are SINGLE occupancy rooms for a MINIMUM of 6 months tenancy.
The ideal housemate will be in daytime employment and likes a quiet house.
