Bottom floor is consists of a hallway, kitchen. it also consists of a bedroom + en suite opening out onto a patio.
Middle floor consists of two bedrooms sharing a bathroom (one of these rooms is the one on offer).
Top floor consists of a bedroom and kitchenette.
The kitchen is only used by 3 of the 4 tenants so plenty of cupboard and fridge space. More or less comes fully equiped with crockery and cooking utensils.
The bedroom comes furnished with a bedframe, mattress, desk, cupboard and a chair.
The patio has space for bikes and there is car parking space behind though it gets filled up.
The tenants:
The remaining tenants are 2 friendly professional men and female tenant , engineer, scientist and another at Cambridge press. The new tenant is ideally a friendly professional that is tidy and up for a chat every so often.
