Spacious Double with En-suite Bathroom

I am looking for a tenant to replace me for this room as I am moving out soon.

The room is a large, unfurnished double room with an en-suite bathroom. House has a shared kitchen, living room, garden and a second toilet on the ground floor. Bikes can be stored in the garden securely.

The house is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood near shops and Jesus Green.

Housemates are two professional males in their 20s.

Bill is not included in the rent (Total bills roughly £170 per month). The room comes unfurnished, but I am willing to sell most of my furniture with the room (e. g. mattress, bedframe shelves etc.) as it will make my move easier.

5 weeks of rent as deposit is required (£595).

The room will be available from the 8th of September.
