Bright double room close to Jesus Green

A quiet and bright ground floor room is available to rent from August 2022.

The room comes furnished with a (very comfortable!) double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, small shelf unit and mirror. The room features a lovely bright skylight and is at the back of the house so there is no noise from the street. I have been very happy here and think it's a great room for the price, size, location and friendly housemates.

The rest of the house consists of an open plan living room/kitchen/dining room, a utility room (with washing machine and tumble dryer), a bathroom (with bath/shower), and a private garden. It is located in the Arbury/Castle Hill area, very close to Jesus Green - so an ideal location for students or young professionals.

You will be sharing with two female young professionals. We are looking for a sociable, friendly housemate willing to join in with communal cooking (preferably mostly vegetarian) and eat and chat together!

Rent is £450 per month, with bills coming to approx £40 per month on top. Council tax (band C) is split equally between housemates which comes to approx £60 per month.

The current tenancy runs until Sept 24th, at which point my housemates plan to renew (and ideally it would be great if you were up for this too!). Right now we're not sure, but there is obviously a chance that the rent could go up at this point.
