Room in friendly house

A bungalow with large garden, plenty of parking and space for bikes, near Addenbrooke's Hospital. Near Park and Ride, and 15-20 minutes bike ride into town centre.
The house is largely split in two the front has three ensuite bedrooms with a kitchen and entrance door.
The back has two more rooms with kitchen/diner /sitting room, and entrance door. Both kitchens can be used by everyone. Both well equipped. You do not need anything. Bedding and towels can also be provided. A cleaner comes once a week, and is included in the price. Friendly, but quiet on the whole, because we all get up early for work. We are mainly scientists (given we are close to Addenbrooke's) but have many interests. We keep a spare room for visitors, and friends and family are welcome. The room coming vacant is at the side of the house, and is still occupied. We could not find photos to show you the room as it was when it was empty, so you will have to imagine how it may look with your own things in it. Look forward to seeing you.
