⭐All four bedrooms are upstairs
⭐ 1 bathroom with full facilities (bathtub, shower, toilet etc)
⭐one WC downstairs, both shared by three people (one room is en-suite)
⭐Spacious living room with TV (fire stick for streaming apps included)
⭐Kitchen with plenty of storage space (we already have all kitchen amenities but you are welcome to bring your own)
⭐More storage available in the garage (good for bikes) where we have a small extra fridge
⭐Patio and a garden with a small bbq/firepit: occasional household bbqs are on the table

⭐Bills not included, we've paid about £110 each per month for water, energy, internet & council tax

Fully furnished with built-in wardrobe, big chest of drawers, smaller chest of drawers, desk with chair and a single bed.

ABOUT US:
We are three young professionals, ages 26, 26, 30, working at Cambridge. We like to hang out together but also respect each others alone time- no pressure for you!

Anna: enjoys badminton, watching below deck and cooking vodka pasta!
Avi: likes tech, food and running!
Viktor: likes trying new food, playing his guitar every now and then, and climbing!

Our fourth housemate is re-locating and we are looking for someone to take his room until the end of our contract (mid-September).
