The flat consists of a separate double bedroom/living room ( with a single sofa, double bed, wardrobe, desk chair, and wall book shelves), a dining room / kitchen (gas cooker, washing dryer, fridge/ freezer, extractor hood, dining table and 2 chairs etc), and a shower room( toilet, basin, shower, shaving socket, fan etc). On street parking, bicycles can be stored under a large canopy in rear garden. Employment and credit references are required. The flat is at the back of a house that has been converted into 3 studio flats. It has a private access.

Unfortunately, all furniture in this flat can not be moved away. So this flat is not suitable for someone who want to fit their own furniture.
