You will have complete privacy, as the flat is not shared with any other tenants. Not suitable for children, pets, or party, sorry.

Single occupancy, all bills are included, such as 24 hours heating, hot water, TV license, WIFI, Full Fibre Broadband, council tax, water, gas, and electricity bills. For short term, rent might be higher.

The flat has a private access and is very quiet, as it is at the back of a building which consist of 3 studio flats in total in the building. The flat has a separate double bedroom/living room ( with a single sofa, double bed, wardrobe, desk chair, and wall book shelves), a dining room / kitchen (gas cooker, washing dryer, fridge/ freezer, extractor hood, dining table and 2 chairs etc), and a shower room( toilet, basin, shower, shaving socket, fan, window etc).

On street parking, bicycles can be stored under a large canopy in rear garden. Employment and credit references are required.

Unfortunately, all furniture in this flat can not be moved away. So this flat is not suitable for someone who want to fit their own furniture.
