Double room in shared house on end of Mill Road

Looking for a housemate to fill the last room in our 4-bed house as our last housemate moved in with his partner. Price is £650 per month and includes all bills inc. council tax. 2 bathrooms, shared kitchen, shared living room.

Three current housemates (myself (Ned), Noah, and Sasha). Me and Noah both work in Babraham research campus in Biotech. Sasha is a primary school teacher.

We're all quite laid back and relatively active, wanting to get back into bouldering and more sports. Hoping to find someone that fits our house. Bonus if you can cycle so we can finally make our quad tandem dreams a reality.
