Two double rooms are available at this property off mill road, Cambridge.

Keen to keep a mix in the house as three women already so looking preferably for 2 male/non-binary housemates.

The property is:
- 5 bedroom semi-detached with off-road parking
- Large open plan kitchen/lounge
- 2 bathrooms and a separate shower room
- Direct side-gate access (great for bikes) to a very large garden

Room 1 is a double room on the first floor and garden-facing, so very private. The room has separate locks, and has a built-in wardrobe with a rail and shelves, and a sink. There is room for a double bed, a desk, and another wardrobe. No furniture comes with the room (apart from the built-in features).

Room 2 is a very large double room on the ground floor at the front of the house. It has a sink, locking door, bay windows looking out to the street. There is room for a double bed, desk, wardrobe.. basically a lot of furniture.

The garden is huge and lovely, especially in summer, with lots of fruit trees, a large trampoline and is perfect for BBQs.

There is off-road parking on the front drive with room for 1 more car, and street permits are available for about £80 per year if required.

The property is currently at £564 per calendar month. Bills are not included. Council tax is £62 per month, plus about £50 per month for the rest (internet, gas, electricity, water). The deposit is 5 weeks' rent.

Move in dates can be flexible but Room 1 is available from week of 12/9/22
Room 2 is available from 1/9/22

It is a great location, by walk:
- less than 10 minutes from Cambridge rail station
- 10 mins to coaches
- 20 mins to the main bus station
- 15/20 mins to town centre
- 15 mins to Beehive centre (large Asda/M&S etc)
- right off Mill Road
If you don't know much about Mill Road, it's a great street with loads of local shops and places to eat

The current housemates are a very friendly and sociable group of mid-20's professionals on regular working timetables. We all get on well with each other, and hang out together in the evenings and sometimes at weekends, looking for someone sociable who gels with the current housemates.
