Large double en-suite in quiet and secure property

Hi! We have a large room that will be available from 14th October 2024. A previous female (27) occupant describes the house as "a place that really makes you feel at home ... highly recommended".

The room is en-suite and contains a large desk, reading area, sofa with television and plenty of storage. We have two shared living rooms, a large kitchen, double garage (for bikes), fitness room and a utility room with lots of clothes drying space. There is a recently landscaped garden which is available to use. The rent is inclusive of all bills.
