Large double en-suite in quiet and secure property

Hi! We have a large room that will be available from 17th November 2024. A previous female (27) occupant describes the house as "a place that really makes you feel at home ... highly recommended".

The room is en-suite and contains a large desk, reading area, sofa with television and plenty of storage. We have two shared living rooms, a large kitchen, double garage (for bikes), fitness room and a utility room with lots of clothes drying space. There is a recently landscaped garden which is available to use. The rent is inclusive of all regular bills.

Rather than post lots of pictures we prefer to meet and chat with potential new lodgers, so if this looks and sounds good so far please get in touch.
