Very large furnished double room in a beautiful spacious house in Trumpington. The room has plenty of space for a sitting area and to work from home if you want to. The photo is a similar bedroom in the house.

It is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. You are welcome to bring some of your own furniture if you want, subject to space.

You will have access to 3 well equipped bathrooms, they are shared and not en-suite. There is a very large kitchen with a dining table, sofa and lovely garden views, large sitting room, utility room, big back garden and high speed broadband.

You will be sharing with 3 professional women: we are relaxed and quiet but friendly.

The city centre is 10 mins bus ride, bus stop 1 min walk and there is a good cycle path too. There are some very pleasant rural spaces nearby, since its very close to Trumpington Meadows country park with woodland, river and meadows and to Grantchester village and the river meadows.

A clean and tidy person is preferred, non smoker and no pets. Not suitable for couples.

We really enjoy living here and hope you will too.

It is available for 4 months initially, and subject to mutual agreement can be extended after that. Please do not reply if you only want a shorter time period.
