The location of the house provides excellent access to the City Centre (10 minutes by public transport), local Universities and colleges, Science Park, A14 and M11.

THE HOUSE
The existing housemates are all working professionals and are very friendly and laid back. We would be looking for the new housemates to be working professionals as well. The household has in the past had an easy-going, calm and clean environment and atmosphere which we are keen to continue.

The communal areas are spacious, tidy and well maintained. There is a large communal dining area, a kitchen, bathroom. The apartment has its own entry way so feels very private, and the building is quiet.

The bathroom has a bathtub and shower head with really good pressure.

LOCATION
This is a lovely property in Cambridge, very close to the science park and A14. There are shops and a pub, It takes about 5 minutes on a bicycle to get into the heart of the city center, and only 2 minutes in the car.
The house is about a 10 min drive to the new Cambridge North train stn or an easy 15 min bike ride.
Otherwise, there is a bus stop right front of the apartment, where easy access to the Number 8 bus will take you straight into the city centre.
