House:
Modern bright spacious room is available for lodging Monday to Friday preferably, but can also be considered for whole week.

Spacious main bedroom of the house is equipped with bed, a desk and chair, wardrobe.

Living area and modern kitchen is shared and is on the ground. Toilet and laundry is on the ground floor while additional toilet along with shower is also available on the second floor.

The house is a -family- house and there might be toys, books, and other child related 'stuff' in the shared spaces, as you may imagine!

House also have a descent garden with patio area and grassed area. In addition, there’s a cycle stand next to garden to lock your bike.

Amenities:
The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. There is a local Sainsbury's and also Waitrose is within walking distance.

Connectivity:
The M11 is 5mins by car. Trumpington Park and Ride is within 2 mins walk with direct buses every 10 mins into Cambridge city centre. Addenbrooks/ Biomedical Campus is 10 min cycle ride along the guided bus route and buses run every 20mins.

Parking
Free parking off street.

Ideal lodger:
I'm letting the bedroom, so that you will have your own space to retreat to.

Since it’s the family house therefore I am interested to find the right lodger who is neat & clean, cool & calm. Female will be preferable and no guests are allowed while lodger staying at the property.

About us:
I'm a 35 year old man currently lives in a 4-bed family house with my wife and son age 8 and age 5 in Trumpington Cambridge. We both are full time working professionals (Research scientist). At the moment, I am working from home while my wife is working at Cambridge University. Kids are very well behaved and goes to school. Kids are away by 8:30am to 5:45pm in the evening and go to bed around 20:00. We're also generally around the house most weekends.
