Double room in a friendly houseshare

Hi!

We have a spacious and light double bedroom available in our friendly house share from 02nd August. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished.

The house is spacious with a great conservatory which we use for secure bike storage and clothes drying when it’s raining. We have a lovely garden for chilling in the sun and there’s even a herb patch for growing veggies and a barby that we enjoy!

You will be sharing with two lovely female housemates and a friendly guy. We’re all professionals - an ecologist, a an engineer and a research manager at bhf. We like exercising, going to the pub (when we can), having good food and watching TV shows and movies together. We all get on well but respect one another’s privacy too.

Our house is in a convenient location near Mill Road, Addenbrookes hospital and the train station. There are some great pubs, cafes, and independent shops only a few minutes away.

We’re looking for a tenant who is friendly, easy going and does their fair share to keep our home tidy..

Rent excludes bills which come to approx. £150 per month.
