Double room in a friendly houseshare

Hi!

We have a cozy and light double bedroom available in our friendly house share from 28th September.

The house is spacious with a great conservatory which we use for secure bike storage and clothes drying when it’s raining. We have a lovely garden with a barby and outdoor furniture and fire pit, which is a nice social space!

You will be sharing with one female housemate (myself) and two friendly guys. We’re all professionals - an ecologist, an engineer and a consultant. We like exercising, going to the pub (when we can), having good food and watching TV shows and movies. We all get on but respect one another’s privacy too. Ideally looking for a female housemate to keep the house balanced, but can be flexible on that.

Our house is in a convenient location near Mill Road, Addenbrookes hospital and the train station. There are some great pubs, cafes, and independent shops only a few minutes away.

We’re looking for a tenant who is friendly, easy going and does their fair share to keep our home tidy.

Rent excludes bills which come to approx. £150 per month.
