The house is located on the south side of Cambridge near Addenbrookes , just a very short commute into Cambridge, as well as various Science parks,
5 mins from Foxton Station ( no traffic) either for the one stop to Cambridge or the 1hr train to London.

Bus ( no 26) to Cambridge, takes 30 mins, (bus stop via shortcut footpath)

Convenient for Melbourne Science Park ( 10 mins drive ), Abington and Great Chesterford Science parks.

Cambridge centre ( 17 mins)

You would be sharing this comfortable and charming house, with 2 very friendly and considerate guys age 29 and 30, so a female for gender balance would be ideal, but by no means essential.

Oliver is 29, a biologist working as a research assistant in the lab of Molecular Biology at the Addenbrookes site.
He enjoys exotic plants, drawing, kayaking, fishing and baking, and interested in getting into gardening.

Sam is 30, works for an Artisanal Brewing company nearby, enjoys creating his craft beer to a high standard, cycling, and is a very cheerful and positive person.

Both guys are very friendly, clean and tidy, intelligent, respectful and considerate human beings.

I am an Artist who will be living part of the year in a separate house which is located down the very long garden adjacent to the field next door.

You will have your own private garden to enjoy with views of the field and a good bicycle shelter.

I am very friendly and easy going, and always take care of any problems in the house straight away no matter where I am via trusted dedicated local services.

The house has off road parking for 3 cars, there is a new cycle route to Cambridge, and buses from Harston.

Waitrose is nearby, and village shops in Haslingfield and Harston.

The spacious bathroom with individual deep storage drawers is on the ground floor.

The living room is dual aspect and opens out to the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped, quite recently redecorated with lovely Italian tiles and a large adorable pantry. :)
It has a Santorini type feel, again with a view, and you can eat at the table in there or at the dining table in the spacious lounge.

9k washing machine, very large fridge freezer, and fast internet.
