Very close to the train station, co-op, leisure centre, gym and nearby Coleridge Park. Move-in date is mid- to late September and fairly flexible. Minimum salary £48k for referencing purposes.

Tenant is currently writing up his thesis in the living room study area and this needs to be acceptable for 2 months.

Bedroom allows for a double bed, bedside table(s) and has a built-in closet with mirrors. Your ensuite has a nice shower, toilet and sink. Window has red blinds and curtains. Bathroom also has a small window.

Balcony facing the south is shared with me. Great for a nice drink on a summer night or for airing your laundry! Faces greenery and has a beautiful side-view of the station and nearby new developments for an urban yet relaxing feel.

Kitchen has two large and deep shelves as fridge storage space and two drawers in the freezer for you to use with potential for more if you need it.
Washing machine is a Bosch Series and recently had rubber seal replaced. Dishwasher is also a Bosch Series 4. Both are in excellent condition.

Allocated car parking spot free to use.

Room heating is through electric panel heaters. Water is heated using an immersion heater and has a 150L tank.
