This detached annex is situated in the rear garden in a lovely safe, quiet cul-de-sac location, close to Addenbrookes hospital and train station.
Close to convenience stores 2 min walk and 10 min walk from Sainsburys. Also 10 minutes walk to the Cambridge leisure park and the main train station.
Accessed via a side passage beside the main house through a lockable gate.
The main house is a rented H. M. O (shared house).
The Annex which is technically part of the main house, therefore you will have access to the kitchen and common areas in the main as well and have five housemates who live in the house. The annex has a good size double bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, desk and chair etc.
Living room has a three seat sofa, dining table and chairs.
Bathroom has WC, basin and shower cubicle.
There is also a fridge freezer, washing machine and kitchen sink.
The dining / living room and dishwasher may also be used in the main house.
